Pricing & Orders
Do you offer volume pricing for large and repeat orders?
Yes. SKFTOP is the bulk supply channel of SKF (China) Bearing Equipment Co., Ltd, and our pricing is built around volume. Prices are quoted transparently by tier, and for long-term partners we offer contract-protected volume pricing with clear annual framework terms.
How do I request a quotation?
Send your required part numbers and estimated annual volume to holly@skftop.com or message us on WhatsApp. Your account manager will confirm availability and volume pricing for your list.
What types of orders do you handle?
Three main formats, each handled by a dedicated account manager:
- Standard replenishment orders
- Annual framework agreements
- Project-based bulk orders
Is SKFTOP a good fit for one-off, lowest-price purchases?
We are built for buyers who purchase in volume and on contract, and who judge a supplier by delivery reliability rather than the lowest one-off quote. If you need a predictable supplier for repeated volumes, we are the right fit.
Stock & Dispatch
Do you hold real stock of SKF bearings?
Yes. We hold deep stock of the fast-moving SKF range, including standard and hard-to-find models: deep groove and self-aligning ball bearings, angular contact, cylindrical, tapered and spherical roller bearings, thrust and needle roller bearings, plus units, housings and accessories.
How fast can urgent lines be dispatched?
Urgent lines held in stock can be dispatched within 48 hours. Dispatch time for each part number is confirmed in your quotation, so you can plan around it.
What if a model is not in stock?
We commit only to delivery dates we can keep. If a model is outside our current stock, your account manager will give you an honest lead time up front and, for recurring needs, build it into your replenishment plan.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We supply industrial enterprises, national distributors, maintenance companies, OEM factories and overseas procurement offices worldwide. Shipping method and terms are agreed with your account manager when the order is confirmed.
Quality & Traceability
How does batch traceability work?
Every bearing leaves our warehouse with a batch code linked to the shipment. If a question ever arises about a delivery, the batch code lets us trace it end to end.
Do I have to ask for an inspection dossier?
No. A precision inspection dossier is released with every batch, not on request, so your quality team always has the documentation it needs on arrival.
Which SKF variants can you supply?
Beyond the standard industrial range, we supply special SKF variants: precision, high-speed, heavy-duty, stainless steel, hybrid ceramic and insulated bearings. Send the designation and we will confirm availability.
Packaging & Customisation
Can you provide special packaging or laser marking?
Yes. Special packaging, laser marking and labelling are handled in-house to your specification, which keeps lead times short and the process under one roof.
Do you offer pre-lubrication?
Yes. Pre-lubrication is performed in-house to your specification. Share your lubricant requirements with your account manager when you place the order.
Do you supply housings, units and accessories too?
Yes: Y-bearing units, plummer block and split housings, adapter and withdrawal sleeves, seals and SKF lubricants can be bundled into the same order.
Accounts & Contracts
Who will I work with day to day?
A single dedicated account manager who owns the relationship from forecast to delivery, so you never have to repeat your requirements to a new contact.
How do annual framework agreements work?
Tell us your annual volume and required part numbers, and we will build a supply programme around them: protected volume pricing, predictable replenishment cycles and clear terms for the contract period.
Which companies do you typically serve?
Group procurement departments, national and regional distributors, OEM factories, industrial maintenance companies and overseas procurement offices of global bearing and equipment companies.
